Hello, I'm Naja.
I've always been drawn to the intersection of education and community health. Before acupuncture, I spent 11 years as an Executive Director in nonprofit education and 7 years teaching physical exam and empathetic communication skills to medical students as a Standardized Patient Instructor.
"The pandemic changed how I thought about healing — it pulled me toward the body's own capacity to recover, physically, mentally, and emotionally."
Acupuncture became the clearest path for me to serve my community through holistic care. Today, I specialize in Five Element and Traditional Chinese Medicine, with advanced focus in pelvic floor acupuncture, pain management, oncology support, and cosmetic acupuncture — treating the whole person, not just the symptom.
The practice of restoring Qi.
Acupuncture is a Traditional Chinese Medicine practice that uses thin, sterile needles at specific points on the body to stimulate Qi — pronounced "chee" — the body's vital energy.
Qi flows through pathways called meridians. When that flow is disrupted, illness or discomfort can follow. By stimulating key points along these pathways, treatment works to rebalance Qi, ease pain, and support the body's own healing process.
Modalities drawn from a full tradition of care.
